- We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
How to Return an Item
- QR Code for Easy Returns:
- For most items, we provide a QR code that you can scan at any Post Office. This allows you to return your item free of charge.
- The QR code will be sent to you once your return request is approved.
- Large Items:
- For larger items, we’ll arrange a home collection through DHL. Details of the collection will be sent to you after your return request is processed.
Important Information for Returns
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or additional parts.
- Incomplete Returns: If any parts or items are missing, your return may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund the same day. Depending on your bank it typically takes 5-7 business days after the item is received to receive your funds back.
