How to Use & Clean:

Use a damp cloth to clean the stone or wash it under water; do not use detergent. Allow it to dry completely before use.
Preheat the stone to 250°C before baking. In a home oven, this takes around 60 minutes; on a grill, around 30 minutes.
When ready, sprinkle cornmeal or flour on the pizza peel, place the dough, and transfer it to the stone. Bake until golden brown.
Remove leftover particles using a scraper or soak the stone in warm water if needed.
For deep cleaning, use the oven’s self-cleaning cycle or place the stone on a burner to burn off residue.
